Thank you for your interest in the 10th Annual Women's Leadership Institute.

In honoring Women's History Month, Women's Leadership Institute is for members of the Florida Atlantic community seeking to improve their leadership competencies through professional development series focused on confidence-building, skill enhancement, and networking.

Attendees can expect peer-to-peer and group discussions, dynamic topical workshops, and professional guidance so they can be successful leaders in any space!

Our hope is for you to join us for the entire duration of the Institute, but if you need to attend only a portion, please identify which section of the event below.

11:30 am - 1 pm	Student Government’s Opening Brunch Keynote and Award Ceremony- “Supporting Women’s Leadership in Your Life” RSVP IS REQUIRED. (see below)
1:10 pm - 1:55 pm	Session Block 1: Leading through Wellness and Sense of Belonging
2:05 pm - 2:50 pm	Session Block 2: Leading for Future Career Success
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm	Panel and Collective Workshop

CONSCIOUSNESS OF SELF: An awareness of beliefs, values, attitudes, and emotions that motivate one to take action problems.

CONGRUENCE: Thinking, feeling, and behaving with consistency and authenticity.

COMMITMENT: The drive of the collective effort, even when that effort is HARD or UNEXPECTED.

COLLABORATION: Working with others toward shared aspirations; empowering others through trust.

COMMON PURPOSE: Engaging in a collective analysis of the mission and vision of the group.
